Tropical Storm Julian

At least 1,096 families or 4,498 persons affected in Licab and Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija and San Manuel Tarlac. Some 29 families or 145 persons were evacuated to the Cabanatuan Transport Terminal Evacuation Center in San Manuel, Tarlac. Typhoon Julian did not leave any casualty.

A total of 1,449 hectares of rice field were damaged in the towns of San Antonio and Nampicuan in Nueva Ecija, and San Miguel in Tarlac. Parts of Bulacan province were also flooded due to continuous rains.
